Development, implementation (full or phased) and testing of one or more AMP modules is usually completed within three to four months. This timeframe varies depending on the scope and scale of service requirements.
Depending on your needs, AMP offers the option to manage different programs within either a single application system or separate application systems.
Candidates receive the application questions specific to their programs, and schools may easily sort applicants throughout each step in the enrollment process.
The AMP administrator may create and manage custom user roles based on the school and program. Depending on the specific role designation(s) within the system—such as interviewer and/or reviewer—the user is presented with different functionality tabs. The AMP administrator may create and manage custom user roles based on the school and program.
AMP supports several methods of communication between the applicant and program representatives. The system enables administrators to log all emails (including auto-responders), phone calls, text messages, hard copy letters, and face-to-face meetings. Candidates may access their real-time communication history via the applicant portal to view messages, reminders or alerts from the admissions office.
Schools may choose to use AMP’s form-builder functionality to develop their own applications or ask our technical team to create it. Both options produce applications that include the questions, associated form fields and any conditional logic required to support program and reporting needs. End users review data with one click on the applicant profile page.
AMP is designed to work with all major processing vendors, including Authorize.net, Cybersource, Stripe, Nelnet, Touch.net and PayPal, and is fully customizable to integrate with each school’s purchasing or bursar’s office. Schools may also choose payment processing through our own credit card processing interface, which is fully PCI-compliant and supported by one of the largest industry standard payment processing vendors.
Schedule Today is a fully customizable, web-based solution designed to work with traditional one-to-one interview approaches, Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) model or any combination. Whether deployed as part of the Application and Admission module or as a stand-alone solution, Schedule Today automates all aspects of the process, such as generating the school’s interview calendar/schedule; allowing faculty and applicants to self-schedule; pairing applicants and interviewers; generating reports, schedules and reminders—and much more.
AMP accommodates each school’s specific processes and requirements for scoring, ranking and voting throughout the entire process—pre-screening, screening, interviewing and committee review. The system reports on each phase’s final outcomes, including average score, a count of votes or a collection of ranks in certain categories. Schools use these rankings to manage waitlists and render final decisions.
A core benefit of using AMP is the ability to transform complex data into business intelligence. Creating customized, ERP-friendly exports and reports in the system is quick and easy, even for non-technical staff. AMP supports searches, canned and customized report-building and applicant scoring within your program’s specific rubric.
AMP integrates with and utilizes the University’s internal security architecture (LDAP) or Active Directory implementation for all administrative users of the system, if applicable. AMP will authenticate internal users against the school’s LDAP system, and after successful authentication, AMP will retrieve the role and permissions information through AMP’s internal database.
Additionally, this authentication module is updated to integrate with a variety of external authentication systems/models including CAS/SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory.
