  • Easy-to-use WYSIWYG content management system
  • Update/edit text and add new pages for pre-matriculating students including Financial Aid, Housing, Parking/Hotels, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, etc.
SEND ELECTRONIC OFFERS
  • Electronic Offers where applicants can accept/decline offer
  • Tiered Deposits where applicants can pay for their deposit online
  • Follow-up offer forms after the applicant has accepted/declined
CREATE PRE-MATRICULATION CHECKLIST
  • Within the applicant’s portal, the pre-matriculation section would display once the applicant has accepted admission
  • Applicants can upload additional documents into the system that may be required or are needed by the admissions office or registrar
  • The dropdown of document types is completely customizable and may include documents such as: Roommate Questionnaire, Regional Campus Change Form, Student Health Forms, etc. This information is all collected and maintained within the applicant’s detail page.
  • Administrators can update the receipt of these documents, so that applicants and the admissions office have real-time status updates
CREATE FORMS + CAPTURE DATA
  • Ability for the administrator to provide online forms for applicants to electronically fill out basic information such as shirt/coat size information, offer follow-up form surveys, dietary restrictions, as well as other simple forms.
